We are a professional cleaning company looking for a Janitorial Manager to manage a Janitorial crew in a plant environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Overall responsibilities include supervising employees while providing a high level of customer service to our client
Quality control, safety, corporate goals and maximize profits while adhering to the company mission and vision.
Communication with customer to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve issues quickly.
Participate in the interviewing and hiring of employees to ensure project is fully staffed.
Other Requirements:
Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
Must have clear MVR for past 3 years (no speeding tickets or at fault accidents)
Must have knowledge of the janitorial business and all equipment used or willing to learn the business
Must be in good physical condition and able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion.
Qualifications:
Must project a professional image and maintain a cooperative and helpful attitude at all times as individual will have frequent interaction with customer
TWIC preferred
Safety experience preferred
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Janitorial experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience preferred
Language Skills:
Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English required for safety purposes
