this position is what you make it. it would be great for certain individuals and would allow an income stream for someone who has their own lawncare business but needs more work. You must have your own equipment and do professional work. You should never solicit customers or the relationship will be terminated. We are providing you with an income stream and want to develop a great relationship of trust, respect, and cooperation with you. This is your business, we are your customers, but you will be servicing our customers. Starting off in offseason it will be a small amount of money but as trust grows the oppurtunities and money will follow.its up to you. As the relationship grows you may gain access to more equipment than your own, and you may be given a property once in a while for your own business to help you grow and as a thank youthis is no guarantee because it would really need to be a perfect relationship. This is a partnership and we are your customers. We expect good work, and a willingness and eagerness to make our customers happy. Pictures must be taken before and after of front and back yardsas relationship grows this may not be necessary. Just a total of 4 pictures 2 before and 2 after. We will work with you the best we can and try and give you as much freedom as possible. Sometimes properties just need to be done that week, sometimes they need to be done that day. It is at your discretion to accept any jobs given to you, and your responsibility to communicate to us beforehand with honesty on your capabilities of time constraints and ability. Other than that you tell us what your percentage fee is. We charge middle of the road for prices. our minimum price on a yard is 35 dollars and our average is around 45-55 not counting commercial properties. We also charge hourly on extra work most of the time so we just need your hourly rate for us. an hourly rate may be used on a sliding scale to adjust yard property percentages. WE don't want to be below your hourly rate, but we also don't want to be double it. We are looking for a discount because payment will be every week and you will be paid even if we don't get paid. Your pay is guaranteed and in return we want a guarantee on quality and honesty. Every time a list is given weather it is every week or every day, you will know what your income is and it will be based on your percentage that we agreed on. We also want to make sure you are happy with what your getting so be sure to communicate honestly. We require insurance but if you do not have it can be provided for you for a small cost, id have to check on exact pricingprobably around $30 dollars a month. In any case you tell us how much you want to be paid and if we find your experience and price acceptable then a contract can be worked out.
