Beautiful RV Resort - Now Hiring All Positions
Summer Breeze USA RV Resorts (SBUSA) is a new and up and coming company having launched about 2 years ago! The RV Resort business is an exciting industry and up and coming, making this a ground floor opportunity to come on board and build a solid career! We are employee friendly and ever growing, thus making its' foot print across Texas having 4-parks currently and scheduled to launch several more in 2019. We are seeking highly motivated folks to join our team and have a good time! We believe in having fun while working!
Resort Manager-
The RV Resort Manager Must Have A Minimum of 1-year in RV Mgmt. Or Multifamily Experience. Position is responsible for full asset management including, reservations, processing payments, general upkeep, staff scheduling, resort events including live bands & more, vendor communications, reports and more. Position is very active in the environment. Resort Mgr. is typically M-F, but may require weekends on occasion. This is a salary-based position and could include an apartment. Requirements include computer literate, basic understanding of accounting, meet occupancy and income standards, customer service friendly, good telephone and email communications, responsible, organized, a positive personality & enjoy people!
Maintenance Supervisor
The RV Resort Maintenance Supervisor must have at least 1-year experience in either multifamily, RV park maintenance or general handyman/carpentry experience. Some light electrical, plumbing and pool maint. experience is helpful. Requirements also include customer service friendly, organized, responsible. This position could include a RV Space if needed. Position is typically M-F, but will require some weekends & emergency calls. (Full-Time)
Maintenance Tech/Landscaper
This position is a ground floor opportunity to come on board and learn about basic maintenance in an up and coming exciting industry! Position is responsible for landscaping & light maintenance. Requirements for this position is landscape experience and general handyman experience. This position is typically Tuesday-Saturday. But may require Sundays where events fall. (Full-Time)
