Volt is currently seeking a Document Analyst to work with a client in Victoria, TX. Position Summary: This role will be to manage, maintain, build and test application letter templates and forms.Responsibilities:To be the documentation subject matter expert providing support to various areas/projects across the businessBuild new or amend existing letters / forms and remove superseded templates in accordance with the owners' requirementsEnsure sign off has been obtained from various departmentsManage and develop the customer relationship throughout the whole process and/ or projectReviewing and approving Corrective Action PlansRequirements: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze quality reports, inspection reports and other technical data.Ability to accurately document and record supplier information .Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. 1-2 years of related experience.Volt is an equal opportunity employer.
