I am a graphic designer who got my real estate license the other week, and I just started a Facebook group to help out other newly licensed agents have a place where we can ask each other questions and get support. Right now, its just myself, but the other couple people who will be joining are very, very new in the game. Im hoping to get a few agents with a bit of experience under their belt to help jumpstart this group and get the ball rolling!
So its really easy¦ For the first 10 agents who contact me, Ill pay $10 for you to do the following:
- Join the Facebook group and stay for at least one day
- Comment on the welcome post with what city/state you work in, and how long youve been in the real estate business
- Make a new post about one real estate question that youve been wondering about or would like input on
Thats all you have to do for the $10, and I can send it to you via PayPal, Venmo, or directly to a Bank of America account if you have one (whatever is easiest for you) after youve been in the group for 24 hours. Easy money.
If youd like to take things a step further, Ill pay an additional $30 for you to do the following:
- Stay in the group for at least one month
- Welcome newcomers to the group if they have not been welcomed by someone else yet
- Regularly comment on other peoples posts and try to be helpful by answering questions that you can or sharing experiences (try to comment at least per day)
- Keep things encouraging and positive!
After that, Ill send you the additional $30 and youll be free to leave the group if you wish (although of course I hope youll stay!). As long as youre part of the group, youll have access to the free custom designs I make (logos, business cards, property flyers, etc.). I have a picture of some sample designs posted in this ad so you have an idea of what kind of work I do.
Requirements:
- Must have a Facebook account in order to join the group
- Must be a licensed real estate agent
- Must be able to receive payment through PayPal, Venmo, or have a Bank of America account where I can transfer the payment
