As a contracted inspector for Millennium Information Services, youll provide field services for some of the nations largest property and casualty insurance companies!
We are looking for dedicated and reliable local independent contractors (1099 position) to perform exterior & interior residential property inspections. No license or certification is required for the type of inspections we do we provide all the training and ongoing support youll need to succeed!
Currently, we have immediate openings for individuals to cover McLennan County (Waco) and the surrounding areas.
Our inspectors are paid a competitive flat fee per completed inspection report most jobs take around 30 minutes to complete once youve gained some experience. The fee youll earn varies by location and type of inspection (no mileage is paid). With an uncapped earning potential, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn some extra income!
As an inspector, your primary focus would be to photograph and document the condition of the property, identify any visible hazards and determine occupancy. In addition, you would determine building type, materials and measure the exterior of homes.
After the inspection, using Millennium's proprietary software, you would sketch the home's footprint, upload pictures, report any hazards and answer client specific questions.

We offer a full training department and new inspector training, however potential candidates with experience in any of the following areas are preferred:
Inspections, Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisals, Carpentry, Roofing, Siding, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Handyman, Maintenance, Building, Claims, Code Enforcement, Fire Fighter, FEMA
