Well established apartment communities looking for reasonably priced Make Ready Crews. We are offering consistent business to Make Ready personnel who are fair and honest in their pricing. We pay by the unit not by the item. We can promise several units per month at both our property in Dallas and in Waco.
Most companies we have dealt with tend to bid the costs of Make Ready‘s at extravagant prices. Most see that we are an apartment community and feel that we can pay anything, So their prices are very high. We don’t like to be taken advantage of and we know how much everything should cost. We supply the materials and all we need is the labor. We understand that it will take time to train new people on how we want Make Ready’s done but we are willing to work with companies who are fair and reasonable with us. Hopefully we can form a great relationship and we can each profit greatly from it. If your prices are right we will have a consistent business for a long time to come and hopefully come to understand that with time it will be well worth it.
