R&D Technical Associate
Nitrous Outlet, a growing name in the automotive performance aftermarket, is looking to add a team member to our R&D department. This specialty department requires a broad skill set dependent on the position in which we hire on for. We are looking for a team member that may possess any of the following skills.
Basic Wiring skills
Ability to follow wiring schematics
An understanding of automotive wiring system functions
Receive instructions, blue prints, and work orders for the job
Product Assembly
Strong mechanical ability
Strong mechanical mindset
Receive instructions, blue prints, and work orders for the job
Set up assemblies, fit components accurately
Hard-line Specialist
Receive instructions, blue prints, and work orders for the job
Plan details of working procedure, tools and material requirements
Strong mechanical mindset
Strong mechanical ability
Tube Bending
Basic steel machining processes (cutting, drilling, and grinding)
Set up assemblies, fit components accurately
Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly
Candidates must have the following experience:
Able to read a tape measure accurately
Excellent decimal and fraction math skills
A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
Demonstrate safe work habits
Ability to follow instruction with little or no supervision
Working knowledge and passion for the automotive aftermarket
Special Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally.
Must be able to work a full 8 hour day and overtime as needed
Must have dependable transportation
Must arrive at work on time everyday
Must work well with others
Must have the ability to problem solve. multi task, and have attention to detail
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Hours and composition :
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
