Job functions:
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
Collect customer fingerprint images and biometric information to meet program standards
Verify customer documents/identity. Must detail oriented.
Perform administrative duties such as time keeping, sustainment report, equipment inventory and requisitioning supplies and any other admin duties assigned
Perform light housekeeping duties as needed
Adhere to all company policies relating to Enrollment center standards, including signage, branding and dress code
Must be able to trouble shoot issues with fingerprinting equipment (hardware and software)
Skills required:
Superior customer service
Basic computer skills (data entry)
Must be able to work independently
Must be reliable and have dependable transportation
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel locally as backfill at local enrollment locations
Physical Demands
Requires light physical effort with occasional lifting and or moving of materials in the 10-30 pound range.

Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to pass a credit check
PAY RATE $11/hour
