Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunication system. Makes data entries in computer for labor assignments and payroll. Creates file packets for customer repairs and documents. Willing to learn CCC One computer program and Reynolds and Reynolds program to better assist the body shop team in performing their duties. Must be office friendly and a people person at Jeff Hunter we are the "Happy Car Store" so teamwork is very important to us and our customers. Pay will be based on experience.
