Vacancy expired!
Looking for a Baylor student or other person interested in helping me out with leasing a few properties every once in awhile among other miscellaneous jobs. I own a few rental properties in the Waco area and the only thing I have a hard time doing from Austin is showing vacant units. Pay will be hourly for odd jobs like removing or putting up for rent signs, showing units, meeting contractors possibly. I'm willing to pay a big bonus for leasing the properties as well.
