ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a HVAC Operator.
The HVAC Operator will be responsible for the operation of the facility systems to ensure safe operation, optimal performance, and maximum efficiency. The HVAC Operator will be required to operate and monitor boiler, chilled water, air handling, compressed air, and vacuum systems and related equipment. The HVAC Operator will also monitor all systems on computerized Distributed Control System and perform trend analysis on parameters. The candidate should be a highly motivated, self-starter requiring minimal supervision and have knowledge and experience with HVAC equipment and processes.
This position is located at one job site, offers weekly paychecks, provides 10 paid holidays per year, 154 hours of PTO, and an excellent benefits package!
