Selective Demolition
Supervise and lead crew
Qualifications: and Skills
ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site.
Coordinates and supervises activities.
Solves problems.
Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
Organizes and directs self-perform work on site.
Works directly with Superintendent and helps directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project
on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
Must have basic hand tools and transportation to job site
Must be committed to safety, productivity, and quality
Ability to travel
Requirements:
5 + years commercial construction labor
Must possess a valid drivers license
Must pass Drug Test
Pass Government Background Check
