Little League International is looking for a Full-Time Facilities Manager for our Waco, Texas location. Under the direction of the Regional Director, we are looking for a highly reliable hands-on facilities manager who is responsible for general upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds and providing an optimal and safe environment for occupants and guests. The position will wear many hats, but is primarily responsible for hands-on interior and exterior building maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep and repair. Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, masonry, and light electrical a plus. This position also includes overseeing outside contractors, inventory management, as well as working with the Regional Director on capital project improvements to the facility.

REQUIRED: Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years previous verifiable work experience in building maintenance. Must be highly organized and have previous project management experience. Must be energetic, have a team attitude, and be willing to do any maintenance job no matter how big or small. Must be able to effectively supervise both volunteers or small seasonal staff or work independently with accountability for reaching deadlines. Valid drivers license required with clean driving record. Position requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and working indoors and outdoors regardless of weather. Must be able to pass an extensive background check. Must live within commuting distance of WACO, TEXAS or be willing to relocate.
