COMPANY DRIVER BENEFITS:
* Home every night
* Eligible for a full benefits package within 30 days of hire â Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Aflac policies available
* Paid Time Off
* Training starts at $15.60 per hour; After training is completed, new drivers earn 22% of their truck's weekly gross. After 90 days, that percentage is increased to 24%
* New drivers who complete their first 90 days with no disciplinary action, and no unexcused absences will earn a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
* Existing employees who refer a new driver that successfully completes the 90-day initial period will earn a $1000.00 bonus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
All drivers are expected to have the following skills:
* Hold a valid Class-A CDL
* 1 year experience
* Good MVR
* Pass DOT Drug Screen
* The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
* The ability to operate our large fleet of standard equipment, including:
- Round Bottom and/or End Dump
- Belly Dump
- Flatbeds
- Roll Off Trailers with containers
- Winch Trucks (Frac Tank Transportation)
