Minimum 10 years of experience in managing infrastructure services/ teams, with a previous experience of hands-on console and batch operations working in 24/7 set up.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of working in a multi-task, International environment with ability to work effectively cross border
Proven track record of successful people development, talent retention and building internal career paths for the team.
Proven leadership skills with excellent understanding of Team objectives and goals and how they create value for the customers.
