Job Title : Release Manager
Location : WestLake, TX
JD :
Generate, Track and Audit Definition of Done (DoD)/Release Manager Attestations (RMA) stories for each release across CAST & CMAS.
a. Release Plan
b. Release Acceptance Plan
c. Release Acceptance Results
2. Design a release schedule for each team with a desired unique fix version for each release.
3. Schedule a weekly 'Release Milestone Meeting' with each team.
4. Plan and schedule release for the org.
5. Lead deployment calls.
6. Ensure that the release is validated by a designated Business personnel and a business sign off is provided.
7. Send out an org level announcement for the deployed items after each successful release.
8. If there's a backout, then send an escalation email explaining the backout need to Raghav, Gratian, Tariq, etc.
9. Manage weekly release coordination-> work with CAST & CMAS teams to coordinate weekly deployments, follow up with the designated release manager, reconcile Remedy report, cleanse Remedy data and sending out weekly report to Raghav.
10. Present planned CRQs in the weekly Release meeting.
