Description: This person will need around to be a bit more Sr. level with around 7 years of experience ideally and need to possess Salesforce certs. The basic certs will be needed and they should have if they are a Salesforce Developer. The Squad is the Lifetime Engagement Squad which is a critical part of the Salesforce CRM cohort within the Digital Associate Experience Tribe, focused on lifetime engagements. Enhancements, modifications, building, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and leveraging SF to be it's best for the group is a huge part of the responsibilities of this role.

Top skills: Salesforce configuration, Apex lightening exp and someone who has done multiple Salesforce implementations and has knowledge of API Development. Per Ali, this is pretty common since Salesforce is integrated intp products via Rest API's.

The Role:
· Are you a customer obsessed professional looking for an opportunity to work across sales and Service organizations to translate the vision of our business partners into solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform? Are you ready to make the leap to working in a new way that help teams develop phenomenal customer and associate experiences?We are a critical part of the Salesforce CRM cohort within the Digital Associate Experience Tribe (Personal Investing) and tasked with growing and deepening relationships with crossover clients by making it easier for associates to drive lifetime engagement with our clients!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
· Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 10+ years of CRM development experience or Master’s in computer science or related major with 8+ years of CRM Development.
· Investment/financial services experience will be a plus.
· Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer required and certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant required
· Experience with AWS and other cloud-based development methodologies is preferred
· Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
· Proven experience with Force.com development platform
· Experience crafting Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features.
· Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events.
· Hands-on experience developing Aura components with an ability to do JavaScript development
· Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development best practices.
· Experience with Application build and deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
· Knowledge of RESTful API and micro services development along with Salesforce API integration
· Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements
· Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion
· Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms
