Digital Investor Services team is responsible for defining, delivering, and leading the lifecycle of our platforms and services which enable digital interactions with clients at scale. Our digital experience is the way that most clients interact with us every day, and we're focused on creating the best experience possible for our users.
We work, think and approach problems differently than your traditional financial services firm, and we aim to change both how Schwab operates and how the industry serves investors. In this role, you will help drive the health, scale, and effectiveness of Global Patterns on Schwab.com, with a focus on Navigation tools.

What you are good at
You will manage the 12-month product roadmap and release plan for Navigation and Global Patterns on Schwab.com
You will serve as the primary Product Owner for the Navigation and Global Patterns scrum team
You will lead the generation of new ideas based on market analytics and interactions with partners, clients, and prospects
You will think "horizontally" to identify and create opportunities for cross enterprise integration that would deliver an exceptional experience for our clients across our channel
You will work effectively with a large number of stakeholders
You will execute brilliantly in a deadline-driven environment
You will work across technology, design, business, and compliance functions to ensure vision, strategy, and roadmap alignment
You will create awareness and engagement for Navigation strategy and provide relevant and concise updates to management teams
You will serve as a Navigation subject matter authority and evangelist to partners
The team is responsible for:
Strategy - Envision the future and build the long-term roadmap for the Schwab.com channel focused on health, performance, and global channel elements.
Execution - Identify and create future-forward strategies required to bring simple and intuitive experiences to clients through new digital capabilities and solutions that help us maintain and grow healthy and scalable channels.
Client service - Serve clients with compelling capabilities that improve client outcomes.
Partnership - Collaborate with technology, design, marketing, and others in delivering value to our clients.
What you have
Five+ years of work experience in a digital product ownership or related role
Proficiency in dealing with ambiguity in a multifaceted and fast paced work environment
Strong proactive approach, organization skills, and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; ability to "tell a story" using PowerPoint
Ability to establish relationships and work well with a diverse range of partners
Curiosity, positivity, and ability to learn quickly, adapt and thrive in a complex, multifaceted environment
The perseverance and motivation to deliver on multiple priorities concurrently, some efforts with abbreviated timelines
Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus
Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
Colorado Compensation
Target Total Compensation - 99,000 - 220,000
