In this position, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Human Resources department activities and services. This may include answering of phones and taking detailed messages, preparing reports and payment requests, generating orders for services, and completing related clerical tasks. Other duties may include processing documents, payments, and invoices, as well as maintaining inventories, interacting with customers and vendors, and maintaining department records.Position is full time, receiving 40 hours each week. Schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Benefits may be offered once permanent with the company.Responsibilities:
Assist callers by answering the phone, taking messages, and transferring to the appropriate department
Provides general clerical support
Assists patrons and customers, providing general or specific information as needed
Process requests for services
Thorough research of various information
Maintaining general office records
Process and distribute mail
Prepare and distribute documents by compiling and reviewing information
Present new information for review and approval
Complete reports and distribute to the appropriate parties
Maintain department inventories by reviewing items on hand and assisting with purchases
