Our Maintenance Technicians diagnose maintenance issues, make necessary repairs and ensure all resident service requests and other community maintenance is completed in a timely manner. We deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive and professional interactions.
The qualified candidates will have a High School graduate level of competence in English and Math and Possession of a valid, state-issued driverâs license and safe driving record is required. A HVAC license and a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall and carpentry is preferred,
