Freddy's is a fast growing restaurant concept is currently seeking General Manager for its new Wichita Falls, TX restaurant. This is a nationwide and regional concept that and is looking for the right management team. Freddy's was recently named America's best franchise to buy in 2018 by Forbe's Magazine.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must have valid and verifiable restaurant manager and restaurant operations experience, 2 years as a General Manager or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
Requires a high school diploma. College degree strongly considered
Strong oral, computer, and written communication skills
Are organized and show proficient management ability
Correct operational mistakes and are customer satisfaction oriented
Ability to maintain cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment
Able to analyze store performance and accelerate growth
