We are in need of a Lead Maintenance Man here in Graham Tx for 2 small Complexes totaling 63 Units. If you know plumbing, can paint, tape and bed, Can help physically to remove items left in apartments, enjoy having help when needed and are not afraid of a honest days work, Please call me
We offer full time employment, $600.00 per week salary and a Great Team environment (We can discuss you living on Property if that is needed)
YOU will be Head Maintenance and in charge of your day to day workload and in charge of YOUR Shop
HVAC license not required but we would love to find someone who is willing to learn.
We are needing a Jack of all trades, someone who knows a little bit of everything in maintenance, but if needed can also google or youtube to fiqure out how to make needed repairs and someone who can also repair and put things back together with saving in mind.
