Nokona Ballgloves is looking for you to become a sewing machine operator within our new, modern air-conditioned facility in North Texas. As an important member of the team, you will be expected to follow direction, show up for work on-time, and work independently with a sense of urgency and quality. We will help you achieve your goals by training you to become highly skilled and efficient. We started making baseball gloves 85 years ago, and today we are the only large manufacturer of ballgloves in the United States. More recently, the demand for gloves has increased, especially custom gloves, which in the last year alone has more than doubled. This year, we expect demand for customs to double again, so you will be busy! We will provide you with a paid weeklong vacation after one year, and two paid weeks vacation after two years. In addition, you will get paid on national holidays throughout the year, even when we are closed. You will get discounts on our gloves and gear, and enjoy our new clean and comfortable facilities, including our break room. We will give you a base salary and a piece-rate incentive that will result in you earning between $350 and $550 or more per week.
