Youth Health Associates (YHA) has more than 20 years of experience providing specialized treatment for young men who have mental health disorders combined with problem sexualized behaviors or reactivity.
YHA has served and graduated thousands of youth from 8 different Accredited Residential Treatment Centers (aRTC's). Our hands-on, experiential approach is aimed at providing every individual in our care with the most effective professional therapy as well as the skills, support, and tools they need to avoid future offenses and lead positive, productive lives.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES : As a clinician at YHA you will be an integral part of a treatment team invested in each youth you serve.
You will see lasting change occur in their lives as they see the harm that they have caused and be assisted, by you in finding a healthy pathway to meeting their emotional needs.
These young men and YHA's program have a success rate in the high 90th percentile for not recidivating or going back to sexually harmful behaviors after treatment.
YHA has secured and developed cutting edge evidenced based practices to inform the treatment of trauma, attachment injuries, family conflict, assessment of risk, protective factor development, and other mental health needs.
Required : Masters Degree and Current license in a mental health discipline including but not limited to, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LPCC, CMHC, and Psychologist.
Must be fully licensed / post graduate.This position is currently part time but will be a full time opportunity in coming months.
