Incorporate academic knowledge into hands-on work and willingness to learn new skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have a basic understanding of work to be performed
Interns will work 15 – 25 hours per week; summer interns will about 40 hours
Must be willing to accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers
Must work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion
Assist with department administrative duties as necessary to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload
Familiarization with engineering specific software such as CAD desired for some positions

Requirements
Education/Training (both required and desired):
High School diploma or equivalent required
Current enrollment or recent graduate of an engineering program; Electrical and Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience:
0+ years of professional experience in the required task area
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
