Administer in-processing of new employees, to include paperwork preparation and completion, orientation, connectivity, drug test administration, and badge issuance
Administer Terminations, meeting with employee, coordinating with manager, security, notifying appropriate departments, etc.
Administer employee recognitions, to include quarterly and service awards, and tracking/filing thereof
Assist with recruiting through processing background checks for applicants
Administer Labor Law Poster compliance for all employees and all company sites
Administer purchasing for HR new hire supplies
Maintain documentation for Jury, Bereavement, and Military Leave taken
Act as POC for company travel program, Concur
Administer HR aspect of timekeeping system, entering new hires and making necessary changes in system; also make PTO adjustments based on LWOP use each pay cycle; review all timesheets at close of pay cycle to prepare them for payroll
Assist with employee training program - assignment, administration of training, tracking
Administer DTC Training Subsidy Program
Maintain currency of employee Job Descriptions
Help to maintain/update necessary HR information on company's intranet
Assist manager with other HR functions as requested
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
Education/Training (both required and desired):
Associate's Degree in managerial field desired
Experience:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related business functions
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
