Description/Comment:Volt is seeking an Associate Contract Specialist for one of our close clients located Clearfield, Utah to serve as primary interface with customer for contractual issues in support of an integrated product team. TASKS/SERVICES.Review contractual terms and conditions to ensure protection of company interests. Participate in negotiating new contracts and in identifying and negotiating contract changes. Release internal authorization to proceed, funding and other contractual direction received from customer. Monitor contract and associated program to ensure that contractual obligations are communicated and understood. Ensure compliance with company procedures and government regulations. POSITION REQUIREMENTS. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree; advanced degree desired One or more years of experience working in a professional environment Ability to address and communicate complex business related issues. General understanding of business, accounting and financial processes and systems.
