People Ready is currently looking to put together a team of reliable, hardworking people to work for a solar project in Randolph, UT.
We are willing to train, but solar and construction experience is preferred.
Job Details:
All employees are offered health insurance starting after 2 weeks of work Weekly pay. Full time hours working, Possible Overtime
Compensation:
Labor/ Installers $16.00 hourly
Job Requirements:
Reliable transportation to commute to and from job site daily
Ability to work in all weather conditions outside; Sun(heat), Rain, Snow(cold)
Ability to perform manual labor task as instructed to include but not limited to; digging, measuring, bolting and assisting with assembly of solar modules
Physically able to perform safe repetitive heavy lifting
Walking, standing and moving all day
Ability to work in a production paced environment
Pass a Drug screen, including THC
Pass a 7 year background check
Be 18 years of age or older
Ready and willingness to work hard and show up on time every day, Mandatory 40 hours a week
Construction experience preferred.
