Kiosk Team Captain
You will be part of one of thefunnestand most creativenon-profitin the nation. Change 4 Love is all about raising funds in order to give inspirational art to children in thehospital,so that they can be inspired while getting better…and we needyourto help create an outstanding customer service experience (aka "Kiosk Team Captian") that is second to none. Culture is HUGE to us and so you must embody Change 4 Love's Values and be a giving person at heart. Besides taking care of our customers (aka "Super friends") we will need help with all sorts of projects that pop up on a weekly basis which include events such as Salt Lake Comic Convention, Wizarding Dayz, Fear Con, and local fundraising events.
Responsibilities and Duties

You don't mind learning and developing new skills and talents. You don't mind putting "your shoulder to the wheel". You are not afraid to talk to patrons of the Mall about our cause and you are more than willing to tell our story to everyone at the mall and train new hires how to do the same. You don't mind being on your feet and enjoy working.
The things that drive you crazy: gossip, fault finding, “going through the motions”, not speaking up, and exchanging your time for a paycheck. You want to be part of something meaningful and enjoyable. You want to progress as a person and make a meaningful contribution to Change 4 Love. You have found that you are happiest when you are serving others in need.
Qualifications and Skills
As a Kiosk team Captain you will be working with adults and teenagers and must be able to work well with both. Must be able tofollow company policy and learn quickly.
Must Haves: Reliable transportation.Belief in Change 4 Love's mission. Honest in word and deed.Ability to communicate fluently and solicit donations.Customer service know how.Availability to work on-site (Fashion Place Mall) on Monday-Sunday. Hours are flexible but generally within 10:00AM-9:00PM. We are looking for five part-time people to fill these hours. This would be perfect for anyone looking to be part of something meaningful.
Nice to Haves: other talents that could help drive the company forward…Experience in helping people of all abilities.Leadership qualities Examples would be parenting, service assignments, coaching, teaching, volunteering, mentoring, event work etc
