Riverdale Cycle Gear is actively hiring for a PART-TIME MERCHANDISER and a PART-TIME KEY HOLDER.

Our Riverdale, UT Cycle Gear store is now actively hiring for a Part-time Merchandiser, whos responsible for all backroom & sales floor inventory management, receiving/labeling merchandise and stocking sales floor, as well as providing customer service.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone that is friendly, detail-oriented, and who can communicate and effectively partner with the store management team, vendors, and HQ. Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desired. Willing to train for the right person.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update merchandising schematics with new products.
Maintain the store's inventory.
Assist customers with returns or exchanges of product.
REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of retail merchandising and inventory experience within retail store environment is preferred.
1+ years of retail experience.
Intermediate level of PC knowledge and experience with email, MS Excel, and current web browsers.
1+ years of customer service experience.
Passionate and knowledgeable about Motorcycle, Dirt Bikes, ATVs is highly desirable.
SKILLS:
Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to maximize sales/goals and meet customer service satisfaction.
Must be results-driven and solution-oriented.
Must have strong problem solving skills.
Part-time Key Holder. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone that is approachable, energetic, and someone who excels in effectively communicating and educating team members and customers alike. They would have a strong background in meeting and beating sales objectives/KPIs and would have previous experience with merchandising/inventory.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive personal and store sales objectives, as well as customer service satisfaction.
Open/close the store and following appropriate procedures.
Support the Merchandiser in the store's inventory.
Assist customers with returns or exchanges of product.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of retail/product sales experience.
Experience of achieving and beating personal and store goals.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Passionate and knowledgeable about Motorcycle, Dirt Bikes, ATVs is highly desirable.
Flexible scheduling to include nights and weekends.
