Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
What You'll Do
Take inbound calls from customers in English and Spanish
Answer emails and live webchats in Spanish and English
Provide timely and effective customer service and support
Resolve technical issues and walk through solutions
Communicate in a professional capacity in Spanish and English
What We Need:
1 year experience in customer service
Computer proficient and able to type 35 WPM
Positive and business casual attitude
Stellar written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
