Duties: Prepare and cook high end food items for 80 residents living in a retirement community. Knowledge of kitchen operations, proper rotation of food items, cooking techniques, and holding practices is a plus. We will train a positive and highly motivated individual. Must be able to read and speak English, be able to understand recipe instructions and follow verbal instructions. Current food handlers' permit is required for employment. Position is full time 11:30 AM- 7:30 PM. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. Very competitive wage potential for experienced individuals.
