Our growing psychology practice seeks compassionate, super organized, friendly individuals for our demanding front office. This position is for individuals with at least 2+ years college experience or at least one year full-time medical office experience. Training provided.

If you love people and like to stay busy, this position will be personally rewarding. We expect accuracy and attention to detail as you will be responsible for therapists schedules, client relations, basic collections as well as special creative projects related to social media, editing, policy development and basic office maintenance. ¾ to full-time, as well as part-time afternoon and evening positions M-F are available. Hourly rate dependent upon experience.
Because there is a lot to learn about our clients, preference will first be given to applicants capable of making a commitment for at least a year. Due to the high demand for this position, only resumes accompanied by a cover letter and references will be considered.
