I am currently looking for a full charge bookkeeper who is local and willing to work around 40 hours in a week depending on personal availability and the demand of tasks in a given week.
QDevelopment is a smaller sized real estate development company, steadily growing in size. There are no intentions for the company to get too huge, however this does not deter from the need for a self-efficient bookkeeper. I am looking for someone who is detail oriented, self motivated, and extremely organized.
Payment compensable with experience. Potential start at $20/hr. Could easily increase based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Full charge bookkeeper for a growing Real Estate Development Company. There are about 10 bank accounts, 10 credit cards, 7 LLC's. I have a few new projects on the horizon. There is need for someone dedicated, Quickbooks proficient, highly organized, and self motivated.
