Job Description
We are looking for a Property Manager for our office. Manager would be responsible for all Property Managing in the office. Managing roughly 250 units and over 100 different property owners. You would assist receptionist with calls that come into the office, answer questions about available units, answering emails, submit maintenance requests in our system, schedule appointments, collect rent from tenants and give them receipts, other office clerical work. You would also assist the owner of the company on working to grow our business via outbound calls. You will take care of the all the Social Media accounts; Posting on Facebook, and Instagram. Creative mind needed!
Hours would be Full Time! Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay range is $14 DOE
Responsibilities
Job duties:
Maintaining contact with property owners to update them on their properties and tenants
Generating lease agreements and lease extensions for current and future tenants
Marketing for future tenants and future owner management agreements
Assisting owner of company with generating owner management contracts
Knowing information to acquire new owners- knowing terms and pricing
Showing rental homes and screening prospective tenants
Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations
Establishes rental rate and increases based on market rent
Assist with phone calls coming into the office.
Qualifications
Punctual, self driven and motivated is a must!
Attention to detail
Spanish Speaker preferred- we have a lot of tenants that only speak Spanish
