An FPC Planner is the first point of contact consumers have with our partnered funeral homes. As a planner, you are responsible for contacting warm leads, qualifying received information and building relationships with consumers on behalf of the funeral homes. The end goal of each phone call is to create interest in meeting with the funeral homes Advance Funeral Planner. This is a phone based position that requires the ability to make up to an average of 150 sales calls daily while managing a CRM database of contacts.
Required Qualifications:
ï· Compassionate personality accompanied by a STRONG SALES DRIVE.
ï· 1 3 years of established sales experienced.
ï· Willingness to sell on the phone ALL day.
ï· Comfortable making an average of 150 sales calls per day to warm leads, asking for appointments.
ï· Must be able to work 9 to 9.5 hour shifts between 8 am and 7 pm Monday Thursday and a 4 hour shift on Friday between 8 am and 2 pm.
ï· HS Diploma/GED.
Compensation and Support:
ï· $14.00/hour plus bonus structure.
ï· Additional bonus possibilities starting right away!
ï· Average annual earnings range from $40,000 - $60,000.
