ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive incremental sales through inbound (and some outbound) campaigns.
Contact customers that have visited our website (e.g. abandoned carts) to assist them with placing or finalizing an order.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, text or social media, taking appropriate action to ensure each customer receives a world-class sales and customer service experience.
Process product orders for customers.
Assist customers with website navigation, online checkout process, or technical issues.
Provide detailed notes and documentation for each customer interaction.
Maintain acceptable sales record, conversion rates, and average basket size.
Maintain acceptable customer satisfaction and quality monitoring ratings.
Maintain acceptable productivity, schedule adherence, and utilization levels.
Meet all other individual performance metrics.
Maintain in-depth, detailed, current knowledge of all products, prices, promotions, and warranty/returns/refunds policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
One year inbound phone sales experience and two years total contact center experience preferred
