We precast concrete basements indoors where we control the environment to maximize quality, safety and efficiency. Our basements are then shipped to the jobsite ready for quick and efficient assembly, shaving days off construction schedules and dollars off construction budgets. Primary Responsibilities
Work as a team member in a precast concrete manufacturing operation
Show up for work every day on time
Communicate with other team members and management
Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Be able to stand all day and work inside or outside
Be able to use small hand tools and assemble parts
Follow safety protocols and safety plans with other team members
Support and help implement company core values
Skills that will be an advantage
Experience working with concrete, preferably precast.
Reading construction plans
Highly organized
MIG welding
Utah CDL
NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator Certification
Clean driving record a major plus, but not absolutely required.

Pay: $17 - $25/hr. depending upon qualifications
