Functional Analyst 4
12-24 month contract
Riverton, Utah

This position broadly identifies, documents, and demonstrates the optimal technical and user experience through requirements activities/deliverables and requirements-driven processes, which are aligned with the business requirements and solution scope. This position understands and ensures compliance to global regulations regarding information use. They can broadly perform all functional analyst competencies for one or multiple projects. This position keeps pace with discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the creation and execution of the product vision and road map
Leads efforts to elicit, represent and communicate requirements through requirements-driven processes, written requirements deliverables, diagrams, flow charts, presentations, etc.
Leads in functional testing and validation to ensure that the user experience of the end-product meet the original intent and is of the highest possible quality
Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity
Has appreciable latitude for unreviewed action or decision
Encourages a culture of user-centered design and knowledge sharing
Evangelize requirements-driven processes and best practice
Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with senior levels on unusual matters

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience

Work Experience:

• 8 years of relevant professional experience

• General knowledge of processes and methods (i.e. Agile, Scrum)
