Salt Lake area construction company is seeking a person to perform and manage, process, complete, and store financial and operational information by both direct action and supervision of other employees. The successful candidate will need to be self-driven and able to identify and correct shortcomings on the fly. She/he must be able to work quickly and accurately whether the work load is large or small.,
Responsibilities
Input and validate operational and financial information
Accounts Payable
Initiate payments, execute purchases, code expenses, manage vendors, etc.
Accounts Receivable
Revenue tracking, invoicing, aging management, etc.
Payroll
Labor data management, KPI input, pay calculation, etc.
Human Resource
Interface accounting/financial with HR
Assist in the development of efficient business processes
Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the need of the company.
Qualifications
Strong Computer Proficiency (Required)
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Web browsers
Ability to learn new software quickly
Working across multiple screens and open applications
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Ability to lead a team
Must be able to problem solve, drive solutions, and ask questions.
Time Management skills (Prioritize, be proactive, etc.)
Education/Experience
1 year professional work experience (Required)
Undergraduate degree (Preferred)
