Budget Car and Truck Rental has immediate openings for sales minded individuals with high energy, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-paced team environment. We are looking for highly motivated self starters, who enjoy meeting people and are pro-active in attaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities are
Operate the computer counter agent control system in all relevant areas efficiently, i.e. open and close rental
contracts accurately, contract modification, print and update manifest etc.
Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
Promote and sell coverage and upgrades i.e. additional insurance
Perform a variety of general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying and maintaining a clean and professional work space
Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
Schedule will be 11PM-7AM, if you are a night owl and like graveyard shifts, this is for you! FULL TIME.
You will get a minimum of $200 bonus at your 30 day, 60 day, and your 90 day mark! YES, $600 extra dollars ON TOP of $11.50/hr in your first 90 days!
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Professional communication skills
Problem resolution experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in general office equipment i.e. fax machines, calculators, photocopiers, etc.
Desired Qualifications
Car rental, truck rental or travel industry experience
Retail and sales experience
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
