MMC is hiring for inbound call center taking calls for the tolling lanes
Job duties include but are not limited to:
â¢Opening accounts for customers, verifying all information ensuring it is entered correctly.
â¢Verifying security information on an account before any account details are given to caller including account number, name and security question.
â¢Verifying information on an account, including name, phone number, address, account balance, etc.
â¢Taking payments on personal/business accounts and violations.
â¢Explaining how violations occurred and how to prevent them in the future.
â¢Going over transaction/payment history on account.
â¢Answering general questions regarding the lanes and accounts.
â¢Assisting with website log in and online account navigation.
â¢Enter detailed notes in all accounts accessed
We are looking for employees who are:
â¢Very detailed oriented.
â¢Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â¢Great active listening skills.
â¢General computer knowledge
â¢Multi-tasking
â¢Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time
â¢Friendly and courteous
Pay is $13 hr.
Hours: Monday through Friday schedule would be anytime between the hours of 9:00AM and 7:00PM
