ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations, including managing correspondence, official documents, and confidential records.Design, implement, and refine administrative processes to improve workflow efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.Develop, compile, and analyze operational and statistical reports to support leadership decision-making.Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and events aligned with strategic goals.Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, departmental projects, and enterprise priorities.Oversee coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure operational continuity.Responsible for contracting Visiting Faculty.Serves as the Incident Commander.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
