Position: Team Lead - MailroomPosition Type: Non - ExemptLocation: Salt Lake City, UtahShift: 1st shift, 8am - 5pm, M - F (40hrs)Duration: Full Time - Permanent.and.nbsp;Job SummaryThe Team lead - Mailroom is responsible for supervising the Mailroom Team and the allocation of resources, equipment and facilities.and.nbsp;Job Duties .and.amp; ResponsibilitiesSupervise all site activities ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility to include, but not limited to Switchboard, Mail Services, Print, Records, Shipping, ReceivingSupervise, coach and lead a team of 5-10+ employees, across three site locations, and foster a positive atmosphere of professionalism and supportReport to 4 site locations within Salt Lake City and Draper with ability to provide coverage support as neededEnsure complete customer satisfaction via well trained staff, use of proper work instructions, adherence to Scope of Services, cross-trainingLift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paperOperating mailing, copy or fax equipment.and.nbsp;ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.and.nbsp;RequirementsProven experience in high volume-fast paced environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
