Salt Lake City, UT
6 Month Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 / hour

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a VoIP Technician to join their growing team in Salt Lake City. In this position you are responsible to support their CloudPBX customers and infrastructure. The team currently consists of a handful of technicians and is supported by leadership that is interested in helping their employees advance their careers.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with call flows, process flows and call setup
  • IVR system experience
  • Experience with phone systems Yealink, Shortel, Avaya
  • Excellent customer service experience over the phone
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with Linux
  • Trouble shooting of VoIP such as PPP, IPConfig
  • Cisco routers and switches
