The client needs a Customer Service Rep who is organized, professional, and has exceptional time management skills.Major responsibilities:
Greets and checks in customers and develops relationships with customers
Assist with all customer needs
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints tactfully and professionally
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
Thrive on engaging with customers; can begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections
1-3 years of experience in customer support
