Inventory ManagementCategory: Light Industrial/ManufacturingDescription: We have an outstanding Contract position for anInventory Managementto join a leading Company located in theSalt Lake City, UTsurrounding area.U.S. Citizenship Required. Assists in the execution of production schedules and expedites and coordinates the movement of parts and products through the various operations in the work flow sequence.Job Responsibilities:
Ensures material receipt dates support the baseline production schedule and identifies any material scheduling issues.
Collaborates with Project Manager and/or Management to revise production schedules, when required, due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, hardware failures, or other schedule interruptions.
Monitors, performs analysis, and reports production performance-to-schedule.
Coordinates closure of jobs, sequencing of work to manufacturing, and shipping to customer.
Coordinates and expedites hardware between work cells to maintain the production schedule.
Confers with manufacturing personnel to determine progress of work, completion dates and risk items.
Coordinates resources required to resolve any hardware rejections or failures and other production related issues to mitigate schedule impacts.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience.
