In this dayshift position, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining anti-reflective coating equipment while ensuring the highest quality standards in optical lens production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, precision focus, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Operate anti-reflective coating equipment and machinery according to established protocols and technical specificationsMonitor and control coating processes to ensure consistent quality and adherence to production standardsInspect coated optical lenses for defects, surface quality, and anti-reflective properties using visual inspection and measurement toolsMaintain accurate production records, documentation, and quality control logs throughout each shiftOrganize and maintain work stations, equipment, and materials in a clean and efficient mannerPerform routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and calibration as requiredIdentify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues to supervisory staffAdhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations within the optical manufacturing facilityCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlinesSupport continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and equipment performance
