This position supports administrative operations and coordination of human subjects research studies.Responsibilities1.Maintain supply inventory, including ordering supplemental test articles and returning unused test articles to sponsor.2.Assists in preparation and maintenance of regulatory documents and IRB submissions.3.Determines visit windows from protocol, schedules subject visits and sends visit reminders. Enters information into a database.4.Organizes and prepares study related equipment and supplies.5.Schedules and coordinates pre-study and monitor site visits.6.Attends and participates in Investigator and staff meetings. Assists team with specific study assignments and timelines.7.May obtain informed consent, medical history and demographic information8.Assists in reporting and tracking adverse events (AE). Completion of HIPAA Privacy & Security training may be required within two to five days of hire. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements.
